Since 2012, Yoga In Our City has been dedicated to making yoga accessible to everyone, fostering community connection and well-being. We offer free, outdoor yoga classes in public parks across Connecticut, welcoming individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels. Our certified instructors lead inclusive, trauma-informed sessions that honor the roots of yoga while embracing its transformative power.

We believe in the profound connection between yoga philosophy and social justice. By providing accessible yoga, we aim to promote health equity and unite communities through mindfulness and movement.
