When you attend one of our public yoga classes you are showing up for yourself and your community. Our City Parks Program, proudly presented by ConnectiCare, allows Connecticut residents to boost their mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing with free yoga classes in Bridgeport, Hartford, Middletown, New Haven, New London, Waterbury, and Willimantic.
All Yoga In Our City classes are open to participants of all ages, skill levels, sizes and abilities. Registration is not required. Participants are encouraged to bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat or towel to each class.
