Application Submission: By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you are applying for Yoga In Our City’s Happy Warrior® Training program, 10/16/26 to 5/16/27.
Accuracy of Information: You certify that all the information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Application Review: Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Happy Warrior® Training. All applications will be reviewed, and acceptance decisions will be made at the discretion of Yoga In Our City.
Data Privacy: You understand and agree that the information provided in this application will be used for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for this training and will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.
Communication: By submitting this application, you consent to receiving communications regarding your application status via email and/or other means of communication provided. You also consent to receiving promotional messages and news from Yoga In Our City via email.
Media Permission: Yoga In Our City reserves the right to photograph and record footage captured from Happy Warrior.® You hereby grant to Yoga In Our City the right and permission to use in perpetuity your name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, biographical information, statements and testimonials in any matter and media.
Payment: Your first invoice due from YIOC will serve as your down payment, is non-refundable and non-transferrable, and will be due prior to training start (10/16/26). If you are a confirmed aid recipient, you will abide by the rules and expectations which includes work-study component and selected payment plan for remaining tuition due.
Hybrid Format: You acknowledge the Happy Warrior® Training is held in a hybrid format, requiring both online and in-person attendance according to the schedule provided for successful completion of the training.
Code of Conduct: You agree to abide by the Student Agreement established by Yoga In Our City. This includes respecting fellow participants, instructors, and the organization’s policies.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Connecticut.
