Discover Presence, Care, and Nervous System Support Through the Breath

If you’ve been seeking a space to slow down, connect to the support of your breath, and find steadiness within, this workshop is for you. Resourced by the Breath: Yogic Wisdom and Modern Science as a way to Support Balance and Resilience offers accessible, trauma-informed breath practices as pathways to presence, resilience, and collective care.

Led by Yizza Galdamez, this experience invites you to  explore why the breath is central to yoga and everyday well-being, through both yogic wisdom and science.  You’ll leave with supportive practices you can carry into everyday moments to ease stress, build resilience, and tend to your well-being.

What You’ll Experience:

This Workshop Is For:

Community members (English and Spanish speaking), health educators, caregivers, BIPOC community, yoga teachers, and anyone seeking simple, trauma-informed ways to support emotional regulation, resilience, and collective well-being.
No prior yoga experience is required. This space is created with care to welcome all bodies, identities, and lived experiences.

Why It Matters:

In a world that constantly demands more, tending to our breath becomes an act of care and reclamation. With gentleness, breathwork supports the nervous system, eases stress responses, and guides us back to ourselves and to one another—nurturing our capacity to heal and grow in community.
