Donation Terms & Conditions

1. Donation Submission: By submitting a donation, you acknowledge that you are making a contribution to support Yoga In Our City at the one-time or recurring cadence that you choose.
   
   
2. Purpose of Donation: You understand that your donation will be used to further the mission and objectives of Yoga In Our City, including but not limited to supporting free yoga classes, teacher training programs, and community outreach initiatives.
   
   
3. Non-Refundable: Donations are non-refundable. Once a donation has been processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded, except in cases of demonstrable error or fraudulent activity.
   
   
4. Tax Deductibility: Yoga In Our City is a registered nonprofit organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult with a tax advisor for specific information regarding the deductibility of your donation.
   
   
5. Communication: By submitting a donation, you consent to receiving transactional and promotional communications from Yoga In Our City regarding your donation, programming, and other relevant information.
   
   

Governing Law: These Donation Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Connecticut.
