Yoga, Nature, and Self-Care (Willimantic)

Join us in Willimantic for an evening of yoga, connecting with nature, and focusing on self-care.

 

Come join us for a rejuvenating evening of yoga, nature, and self-care at the beautiful Mansfield Hollow Lake Recreation Area.

One of Yoga In Our City’s Willimantic-based teachers, Michelle, will kick things off with 60 minutes of yoga in the park area of Mansfield Hollow. The yoga class is open to all levels, beginners and advanced yogis alike.

Following our yoga class, participants will enjoy a 20-minute nature walk along wooded trails. The event wraps up with a 30-minute “Elemental Experience” led by Michelle on a semi-private beach space.

This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to recharge and find inner peace while offering the opportunity to connect with members of your community.

 

What to bring:

  • Water bottle
  • Yoga mat
  • Wear walking shoes and clothes you are comfortable doing yoga in

Parking:

The parking for the picnic area where we will meet is in the park, all the way back past the baseball backstop, near bathrooms, tables, public grills & trail access.
